I can''t recommend Yaffa Solin enough. Her knowledge was excellent. For first-time homebuyers, she made the process much less anxiety-provoking than it would have been. She was extremely responsive to messages and calls. She helped us lower the asking price significantly. She connected us to other professionals who handled the contract, appraisal, etc. expertly. She was also very kind: for example, even though completely out of her scope as a professional, when we brought our 3 week old newborn to the closing, she held the baby so we could sign the mountain of papers. So, whatever needs to happen, Yaffa was there to back us up. My highest recommendation.

Yaffa was absolutely FABULOUS. Very prompt, VERY communicative, and very trustworthy (which is a huge thing; dealing with sleazy brokers is miserable). She took the time to respond to all of our concerns throughout the process, from the initial showing to signing the lease––and oh boy, did we have a lot of questions and concerns! She never tried to talk us into something we didn''t want and was always trying to better understand our needs. I''m most impressed because we weren''t even paying her fee, but I still felt like she was totally on our side throughout the process. To me, that''s the definition of a broker with integrity!
